Wow!!

It has been forever since I've updated and far too much has happened to really tell you everything. but lets see...
At the end of summer I quit Steelcase a week early cause it was just not worth it to stay there another 4 days. I had some nice time off from work before coming up to GV for training.
Training... a very long 10 days...lol. but I made it and I'm having a great time as an RA over here in Laker Village.
Move-in week was hella busy, but we all survived and most of the residents are moved in.
First week of classes are under my belt on 14 more til finals! eck...
Everything with my family is going ok... we lost out Uncle Dick to cancer last week, it was hard and we'll all miss him terribly. Other then that, I feel really close to my family this year, I'm getting along great with my parents and brothers and I'm doing as much as i can to see the rest of my family as much as possible.
Everything with Katie is amazing! i couldn't be happier with the way things have been going lately. It seems like every week we get stronger as a couple and it's been great seeing her every day (just about).
But yeah that's about it... not a whole lot i could say with out going into too much detail for the past six weeks, wow that's a long time with no update. I'll try to do better now that things have calmed down a little.

two and a half weeks

Hey, haven't updated in a while... yeah i've been busy. Still working at the 'Case, it sucks... a lot. But the pay is good enough to justify me staying there for a few more weeks. But I don't think I'm gonna be going back next year. They are switching their temp agencies over to Manpower, and they are only paying 8 dollars an hour, definately not worth it. So next year I'm gonna have to find a new summer job. Good news is that I have more then enough money for school now including books and and everything. And only 28 days til I go back for RA training! So far this week we have worked 9 hours everyday, which has been tough, but we might have to work 10 on friday and still come in on saturday. I'm gonna be getting out of work on friday at 2:30 to go th Katie's sister's wedding, the bosses just don't know it yet.

On that note things with Katie and I are going great! Haven't seen her since Friday though :(   Last thursday after work She came over and picked me up and we went back to her house and met up with Shelby, Jon, Laura, Amanda, and Kat, then late Renato and Jeff, to go see the new Pirates of the Carribbean movie, which was good but not as good as the first one. I say that only because it was very anti-climaxtic, and didn't really do a whole lot except for introduce a bunch of new characters and about a billion new mini plots to follow. The CGI was great though they should win some awards for that, and the extra scene after the credits roll is pretty cool. Then after the movie we all went down to the Steak and Shake, and we were served by the rudest waitress on earth, she was horrible. I didn't want to to tip her, and I usually tip every waitress/waitor no matter what, but Amanda insisted on it. so the we all(minus Jeff and Renato) went back to Katie's house for the night. it was a great time. In the morning Katie's mom made us all pancakes for breakfast. Then after everyone left to go home me and Katie hung out all day. It was great. Now i'm just waiting to be done with the week so i can her again!

But that's about it for now...

Well summer is completely off and running now! I'm thre and a half weeks into work at Steelcase which is not really that bad, it's just that this might be the first week where i'm not gonna be working overtime. I've gotten to hang out some more with my friends here in middleville, the ones that i've had time to see anyway. all in all everything is going really well. katie and I are still going strong and i'm really having a great time spending time with her. we went down to the B93 birthday bash this past weekend which was a lot of funn. we went down with some friends from GV. it was a great day, and i think i've found a new favorite country singer. Trent Tomlinson, he's got a really great style with a kind of harder edge to it then most country and he's got a great band. so yeah. other then that not a whole lot going on, besides work. My cousin andy shipped out to Okunawa (Japan) today, where he'll be for two years- with possibility of seeing combat ing those two years- before he comes home. we are all so proud of our marine, but at the same time we are worried for him.

ohh well get back to me if you guys want to hang out or anything, i should have my new cell phone by this weekend and then i'll be going around to get everybody's number again lol
